How Wishlist Sourcing Works

1. Submit Your Wishlist Fill out the simple wishlist form below. Tell me about the specific item you’re hunting for—whether it’s a vintage wool sweater in a specific palette, an original oil painting, or studio pottery for your kitchen.

2. The Hunt I hit local estate sales, antique markets, and hidden thrift archives with your vision in mind. A $35 Wishlist Deposit reserves your spot on my active search list (and applies directly toward your final purchase).

3. The Claim & Delivery When I find a piece that matches your criteria, I send photos, measurements/details, and a quick preview directly to you. If you love it, you claim it, pay the remaining balance, and I arrange for local delivery (in the Wichita metro area) or secure shipping.

Pricing & Investment

  • Wishlist Sourcing Fee: $35 upfront deposit to join the active hunt list (valid for 60 days of scouting).

  • Item Purchase Price: Cost of the sourced item + flat sourcing markup (typically $25 – $75 depending on rarity and item type).

  • Curated Drop Purchases: Periodic, first-come, first-served drops of pre-sourced finds available directly via my newsletter.

Studio & Sourcing Policies

  • Deposit Credit: The $35 Wishlist Deposit is non-refundable but applies 100% toward the purchase of any piece you choose to claim within 60 days.

  • Apparel Sourcing: Flat measurements (chest, waist, length) and fabric details are provided for every clothing piece before purchase to ensure a great fit.

  • Vintage Character: All items are authentic vintage or pre-loved finds and may show natural signs of age and history, which will always be documented in your preview photos.
